Kahlu Speaks

It is time to get radical. Much of the human race is asleep. One of the areas of sleep is to do with eye care. The system has become so focused on proving everything with science that the art of vision care is left in a few hands of caring doctors and therapists. In spite of you being sent the message of vision therapy, other natural methods of vision improvement and even integrated vision therapy, sleep continues.

Probably for the first time in the history of the Earth, a clear message has been sent to one of these caring doctors of vision. This man has for the past 40 years dedicated his personal and professional activities to researching ways for people increase their seeing and sharp looking. With deep guidance, he has methodically audio recorded his special moments with his patients. It is during these times that the pure inspiration has guided this man to say certain things to his patients.

Because of the technology available to you these days it is the first time, every person on Earth who can access Internet, can listen to EyeSpeak, the words and guided wisdom of Roberto Kaplan. Each Podcast focuses on themes of eye problems and how you can compliment conventional vision care.
A Question about Bubble in the Macula

A reader asks: Do you have a metaphor for a bubble in the macula?

Kahlu speaks:
Macula is the human's center of the universe. The most central theme of their existence. When the person is not flowing in the ecstasy of this coded potential, the very aspect pushes out in resistance attempting the person to feel the truth. Within the bubble, and symptom of the macula is the code of what the person is to seek.
Kahlu speaks

When I granted you the right to live on Earth, I laid down a few challenges for you to solve.
Would you like to know the truth I played with you and your eyes?

Well I gave you the potential to develop your seeing abilities to very deep levels. In the times you had no electricity, engines, cars, cell phones, computers, etc., you obeyed the laws of nature. You used your eyes outside, received enough sunlight in order to rejuvenate the delicate eye tissue. You were hunters, farmers, where you frequently moved your eyes and focused at many different distances during a given day. You honoured your biological tissue.

Lastly, your eyes gathered central focused light and received peripheral retinal stimulation. This delicate balance between the two was maintained and your perception was relatively accurate. This meant your sense of reality was more precise. That meant your deepest part of self entered into your eyes from behind, a prefect blend of being present and conscious.

The printing press, television, computers and cell phones affected this outward projected consciousness. With each level of technological development you put out less of the total perceptual awareness of the central/peripheral awareness. You sent more of the logical understanding perceptions alone. This is why there is such a dramatic change in the functioning of human eyes these days. You have forgotten and remain unaware of the balance between looking and seeing that is needed.

Nearsightedness is the most classic example of this evolutionary process. This eye condition of not being able to see into the far distance is a clear demonstration of you spending less time looking into the distance. There is a biological interference. This is no the coded of the truth. I can ask you questions to determine your precise code if you like? For more, look at the picture on the top right. Read the description.
How do eye problems affect the entire person’s well being?

A question from a reader: “I am still puzzled as to how someone treating eye problems can affect the entire person's well being. Not sure if I am expressing myself correctly, here, as I am struggling with the right words. I understand and support a holistic approach to personal care, but can't see how eye care fits there.”

Kahlu speaks.

I am sure this concept is a new one. So maybe I will explain it this way. What happens in the eye is a like a mirror reflection of the person behind the eye. For example. When a Doctor makes a measurement in the eye, and the person changes their thinking, the eye measurement changes. One can see these changes in the reflection off the retina.

When the information in the eye, like eye diseases, nearsightedness etc. has been decoded then the person correlates how they are living their life according to the not-self, that is a construction that does not really make them happy and content. Their nearsighted or eye disease are like 'blind spots".

When the perceptual encoding is correct, the new ways of living one's life correctly become apparent. This awareness is then re-encoded for the sending the right information into the eye. Improved function results. Diopters start dropping, and eye tissue begins to regenerate. Some of the KaplanEyeCode® work is based on the pioneering research of Dr. Bruce Lipton. www.brucelipton.com
The Craziness of Conventional Eye Care

If you all would just stop long enough to use your eyes and see what you are not seeing. The next time you see a person wearing glasses, really look at them. Notice these funny devices you have created that sit on a nose and lie before the eyes. Do you honestly believe that this is medicine? It is pure craziness. The eye parts was never meant to have focused light through a lens reach its delicate tissue.

I watched a young boy the other day using a plus lens to focus sunlight onto some paper. You all know what happens right? With the precise amount of focus the paper smokes and then catches on fire. What is happening to all those sensitive retinas and foveas of the wearers of strong glasses? Your just accepting the idea that your vision is sharper is your justification that you are now free to not face the emotion of blur!

I never meant that your discovery of lenses and glasses should become an Earth addiction. But, then the way you lead your lives is full of addictions, food, tobacco and even sex. And, you go on just believing what the eye doctors tell you. It is in the eye, your eye is too long, short, fat etc. etc. Such a pity that you are controlled by the articulate voice of science. Thank goodness for a few of you waking up from your blind sleep seeking relief of being conscious of what is real and what is illusion. Keep waking up, time is running out.
The Art and Science of Unclearness

Kahlu speaks.

Some of you have a very strange perception of unclearness. You think this is bad and constantly strive to cover it up, make it go away. The best example is the way eye doctors deal with unclearness of sight. By being scientific, you explain that blurred vision is a fault of the eye. What you may have forgotten, is that everything on your planet is coded as a duality. Unclear eyesight, like global warming, rising oil prices, is one side of a continuum.
The fundamental basis of life and living is to experience this duality, that is to know self through the presence of two polarities.

Unclearness is not meant to be made to go away, especially using artificial means like crippling strong addictive lenses. Lens induced prefect 20/20 clearness prevents the opportunity for you to learn the interrelationship between unclearness and clearness. This is why a lower diopter lens prescription is recommended. You can dance between the polarity of some clearness and some unclearness. You experience your human role as part of the duality. In this way you can discover higher levels of integration and transcend the need to be afraid of unclearness.

There is also an art to being with unclearness.
Kahu speaks
You all have lots to be afraid of. What you may not realise is that your fears affect the clearness of your vision. The emotion of fear is a potent medicine to help protect you from not seeing all the frightening details of the crazy world you live in on Earth. The human condition of fear has created these states. You are so out of balance with what was meant. Just look into your science you call vision care, that is Optometry and Ophthalmology. The way eye and vision care is being sold is barbaric. The proclaimed advantages of science are being manipulated into a money machine industry to sell new technologies in the name of helping eyes.

This approach is so far from reality. The illusion that eye problems have their source in the eye is ludicrous. The magnificent architecture of the eye is purity and not meant to breakdown in disease. It is you, human kind, addicted to your personality comforts and lazy way of living, that are the cause of your eye problems. It is actually about the not seeing, the fear based messages you are programmed by the media and politicians, that contribute to our unclear vision. Isn't it time to take charge and be responsible for your clear vision without fear? Perhaps reading Roberto Kaplan's Blog can help.
web.mac.com/robertokap3/KaplanEyeCode/Blog/rss.xml

Kahlu speaks.
You think that what your eyes provide you is true. This is far from the truth. Your eyes are only light receptors. Within the light there is vital information that you need to sustain well-being and develop clear perceptions. Having clear vision is not actually what happens in your eyes. The functioning of your eyes are from behind. Ultimately, it is your perceptions that determine how your eyes function. If you do not perceive clearly, then what you believe your eyes are telling you may be lies. You can ask yourself the question, is the unclearness on your planet and the unclearness in people’s seeing related. You may ask what is the solution? It is easy. Pay attention to your perceptions. Be conscious of little lies you tell yourself. Roberto Kaplan has more to say on this matter.
Inversion in the Retina

Kahlu Speaks

You all seem to be looking for something, searching and seeing in an inverted way! Your eyes are filled with information that is incompletely perceived. The nature of seeing clearly is first dependent on how you translate the information from the eye to the brain. This inversion of the upside down retinal information is dependent on one very important variable. You would call this presence. I, kahlu, call this Soul linking.

Oh yes, you computer addicts all think you know about linking. You can link to a website, RSS, and even link via satellites to each other all over the world! But how many of you remember and practice how to link eye to eye, human soul to soul. This is the deepest way of connecting to the vital information of the now moment, rather than getting caught up in the history of your inner hard drive, the past illusionary perceptions, that are so easy to connect to and falsely project.

Roberto Kaplan has more to say about this. Maybe you wish to link to his RSS feed! web.mac.com/robertokap3/KaplanEyeCode/Blog/rss.xml
The Fallacy of Human Perception

Like all dualities on Earth, perception has its two parts. Accurate perceptions is what you hope is the norm. However, your life experience very quickly will reveal your misperceiving. As it turns out, misperceiving serves a very valuable lesson. Things don't work out the way you expect them when you do not see the situation correctly.

One of your spiritual leaders, the Dalai Lama, in conversation with Western researchers, came up with the descriptors Destructive and Healthy Emotions. More than likely, when you are able to live in the reality of healthy emotions, you also have accurate perceptions. When you are plagued by incomplete issues from the past, you suppress and deny, you are under the influence of destructive emotions that cloud your seeing and you are misperceiving. See Roberto Kaplan's story about misperceiving.
It has been a hibernating time. I watch what has been going on with the FDA and their myopic way of seeing the widespread misuse of lasering into people's eyes. Amazing how asleep people really are. The focus is on the material plane. There is no time for you to perceive
your own self-destructive process. Inspiration from above is literally cut off. This time is now over. Information is being passed down to those who have ears to listen and still some useable vision to see. The KaplanEyecode® is birthed. Roberto Kaplan is to be bring this integrated technology to places all over the Earth with the help of Kahlu speaking and Internet. Stay tuned!
Light, Colour and the Iris of the Eye

Light entering the eye carries vital information for gaining knowledge, wisdom, regenerating tissue and modifying behaviour of the human being. The acceptance of the light is dependent upon the presence of the person behind the eye. What halts this presence is emotional incompletion. The cover image portrays how the individual code of the person can be analysed via the iris of the eye. The structural code determines how the person will respond to light entering the eye. There are fundamentally three processing styles that can be decoded.

The orange colouration is a thinking /understanding form that influences the person to use a logical form of vision perception. The petal-like shapes, in certain locations on the iris, reveals how and when the person’s perception will be more influenced by inner and outer emotional circumstances. The final structural code on the iris is feeling, the relatively smooth structure. This structure generates a feeling perceptual processing style.

From this EyeCode®, it becomes apparent that one can determine which frequencies of light through the eyes are best suited to help the person be more present. This precisely helps break down the emotional resistance. In addition, the code of the iris, in certain regions, shows exactly in which area of their life the restricted emotion is likely to be.

The image, of the same name as this article, portrays how in the presence of illness, the light frequencies can awaken the person to their latent healing potential. It is possible that even looking at images like this one, that includes the person’s iris, can be used as visual stimuli to activate the retinal receptivity. Over time this will impregnate the autonomic nervous system and provide a form of rebalancing.

A question - Weaker lens prescription

Question: 2 vision improvement programs talk about your current prescription overcompensating while your vision is improving what does this mean the 2 programs say that you don't need a weaker prescription while improving your vision what's your viewpoint on this.

In 1982, I conducted a study on nearsighted individuals. While wearing their normally 20/20 (100 percent) compensating lens prescriptions, I measured the levels of visual stress that these lenses introduced. In over 80 percent of the cases, the measurements implicated a breakdown in two-eyed vision when they saw 100 percent. Why? Stress upon the visual system can be measured as a lack of binocular vision performance.

I then lowered the lens prescription for each person until the visual stress was eliminated or maximally reduced. On the average this occurred with about one diopter less than the normal compensating lens prescription. The level of eyesight for most of the participants was still good enough for driving through these lenses.

Now here is the next profound findings. When the subjects wore these lenses, and conducted a prescribed vision therapy program, their eyesight began to improve through the weaker glasses. If they ate something that was not good for them, had negative thoughts or became mentally tense in their narrow beliefs, the eyesight got worse. In other words, the weaker glasses are precisely designed to act as biofeedback device that serves as a measure of improvements or slipping into stress again.

So, when I work with clients, I use weaker lens prescriptions in this way. In addition, later I can modify cylindrical lens prescriptions as well. - Roberto Kaplan
“Your book, The Power Behind the Eyes is really an amazing work and I am glad I waited to read it (had it for years!) because I am now in a point in my life where I can truly appreciate it. It is also nice to know that there are others paving the way to working in such an integrated fashion. I will be using more of your work and some examples for my talk. Thank you for your honesty and openness in your book and in your work.
Somebody spoke to me this morning.

“Is there any help for dry eye caused by lasik?
I hope that there is major reform in the eye care industry. Lasik is dangerous and the doctors are so greedy. I am suffering from dry eye and I am so disappointed in the eye care industry. I don't know if there is any help for me, but I am soul searching and trying to heal my broken heart over my bad choice in deciding to try lasik. I know that there must be something out there to help me. I know that the damage has been done, my intuition tells me to keep searching and don't give up.

Please let me know if there is any help for lasik induced dry eye.
Please keep working hard trying to reform the eye care industry...too much damage to innocent eyes is happening by lasik.”

What are you conscious of?

I was reminded while reading the book, What is Your Dangerous Idea?, that we are consciously aware of only 10 percent of what happens in our mind (brain)? Even our thoughts, feelings and behaviour operate largely without conscious recognition, says Professor Banaji, in his article, The Limits of Introspection.

Very seldom are we confronted by direct evidence of the inaccuracies of our perceptions. Why? It is outside our conscious awareness. Then I considered that improving vision is really about increasing perceptual awareness, becoming more conscious of consciousness itself.

The difficulty is that our logical mind compartementalizes the different parts of our lives. I work now. The consciousness part of my life is for later when I am finished. So much of our daily seeing and living is like being on automatic pilot, where we take the easy way out because we are too busy.

Is it possible that every thing we do in our daily routine could be awareness of consciousness itself? In the film How to Cook Your Life, Zen Master Edward Espe Brown shows how food preparation and consumption can be a practice of consciousness iteself.

Today, I am paying attention to my robotic programmed behaviour. I use my eyes to be more aware of my being conscious.

As a young boy, my favourite place to be was being carried on my nanny's back. Wrapped securely with a blanket, I travelled where she went. Nanna's voice would echo sounds of her feelings and glancing sideways I could see the world. I felt safe, nurtured and close to her. Sometimes she would stop and speak to me. Then she would hum her African song of being in the mountains gathering wood. My eyes did not see her as black or white or coloured. She was Nanna. Caring for me, being herself. As I grew older, Nanna had a skin colour. This was my conditioning. To see with eyes that some people had darker skin and were therefore different than me. It still amazes me that we can so easily be influenced by our environment and culture.

Question: I wonder if you can shed any light on prisms?

Kahlu speaks: Thanks for your question. Convergence is mostly mediated from the central nervous system, although there are probably ANS components. So when looking through base out prism, the brain’s centering center is activated. For the human aspect, they are asked: “How much can you stay centered within yourself without becoming disintegrated?” In Psychological terms, this means not becoming disassociated. Looking through Base out prism is a direct way of examining how well the person can move into the core centre of him or herself. How does this help? To center inwards is to enter a self-exploration of knowing one’s real self through observation. Hence my quote, with the mentoring of Ricardo Rojas!

“You can never know self! Self is the process of observing!”

We know from MRI and fMRI studies that those who meditate, and are emotionally calm inside themselves, have faster convergent and divergent abilities as measured with computer generated images.
Looking through Base in Prism directs the brain’s response to diverge. Mechanically this can be quantified in prism diopters, however, the evaluation on the human level asks how divergent can this person be in their view without entering duality, maybe even into a split personality, or some other form of mental perceptual distortion. To be divergent is to be flexible and non-rigid. Divergent perceptual abilities grant one the possibility to engage in conversations with less ego attachments, thus seeing many points of view.
Of course, the binocular view of life can be affected by the autonomic nervous system under emergency situations, but training with prisms is a much deeper and more far reaching process because of the direct access to the human mind via the CNS.
Combining prism Base out with minus lenses activates both nervous systems and thus explains why vision therapy is such a deeply effective process touching the very core of the human being. Thanks you, Kahlu.

Question: Would you please comment on minus lenses?

Kahlu answers: Thanks for your question. I love it. Minus lenses are heavily promoted because on the surface they give the illusion of 'correcting' a problem dictated by 'modern' eye medicine's insistence that nearsightedness is a structural eye problem. This narrow way of viewing lenses seems innocous.

Minus lenses are a drug. (You need a lens prescription to get them) Doctors know this. It is good for you to remember this. A minus lens is a sympathetic stimulant. Some of the actions resulting from this nervous system activation includes pupil dilation, increased heart rate, reduced intestinal motility, liver activation, and increased adrenal medulla secretion of norepinephrine and epinephrine.

Increase in pupil size is known to reduce visual acuity over time. Most eye doctors prescribe a minus lens for nearsightedness so the person's eyesight is returned to 20/20. However, research shows that in at least 80 percent of the time, the full minus lens prescription induces a disruption of the binocular integration. Superficially this may not seem like a monumental side effect.

On the other-hand, what happens to the human being who is over stimulated with a too strong minus lens prescription? If they are less binocular, they internally feel less integrated in their life. They see less into the depth of what it means to be human. They behave more mental and rely on thinking and looking through understanding. They over use logic to solve life problems, and feel less.

Is it possible that many of the problems you see in people and on our Earth these days come from this 'drugged' way of perceiving. When minus lenses are measured for maximum integration, the power is usually less. The lower minus lens prescription results in the person seeing and feeling more. Apparently, this happens because there is less foveal focus and more retinal stimulation.

In the long run, this 'lower minus lens' approach becomes useful for those who wish to undertake an active vision improvement approach. Kahlu.

Seeing Is More Than Just The Physical

Kahlu Speaks:

I have been quiet. Waiting for the right moment. There are human beings on Earth who are endowed with the ability to bring a broader view of reality and truth into the visible. Numerous people in the past have already participated. The great leaders of philosophy, science, religion, and spokespersons for peace have made enormous contributions.

It is time for a big step to be taken in the field of health care in particular eye and vision care. Why? Science has and continues to use a physical model to explain how the body and the eyes work. This is good. The progress in vision science has provided deep insights into how sight works. Is this enough? No. The way physical reality works on Earth is only one part of the total reality. Do you realize that what science has explained so far is less than 5 percent of the total known information of all existence in the universe.

This is like driving a 6-cylinder car with only 1 cylinder working. The car operates but not efficiently. There is a branch of Optometry known as behavioural Optometry, a growing profession that has evolved out of vision therapy. However, these fine individuals are struggling to be seen and heard. Much of their emphasis is on vision and its relationship to learning.

This is a very needed application. Behavioural vision must also be connection to adults. It is the parents of the children that need the new vision. They are the ones making the decisions now and must have the full capacity to see to effectively guide the next generation, our children. How can the principles of behavioural vision be combined with a new paradigm of understanding how vision actually works?

This will require stepping beyond the current way we explain seeing function than just the physical. The information already exists on Earth. What it will take is for this information to be decoded and presented into a form that more people will understand. I am Kahlu. I am guiding this process. Pay attention.

More Questions About Seeing!

Thank you for your questions.

Is myopia acquired?

Kahlu speaks: There is a distinction between Myopia and Nearsightedness. Myopia begins in the mind as a certain perceptual attitude or view. Using retinoscopy, the myopic perceptual conditioning can be viewed in the eye. It is not yet fixed in the structure of the eye. If the person practices this inner way of viewing over time, the eyeball registers this in the form of structural adaptations, and this is measured as nearsightedness.

Is pro-longed fixation the acquired eye strain that leads to myopia?

Kahlu speaks: Prolonged fixation is a physical outcome of an inner myopic focus.
When practiced, the eyeball prints out this inner perceptual attitude.

Is clarity ONLY meant to be seen in the moment during the transition from peripheral to foveal?

Kahlu speaks: Clarity is an inner positioning where the human is present through their eyes. They are observing, whereby there is a balance between peripheral (unclear) and central (clear) perceiving

Is the blur a misinterpretation for the body NEEDING peripheral perception at that moment?

Kahlu speaks: Blur can certainly be a way how the wisdom of the body shows us how to recalibrate homeostatis by leaving a central focus and see more softly via the periphery.

Are you able to reduce Myopia and how?

Kahlu speaks: Myopia is a mind's view and the nearsightedness is in the eye itself. So, by addressing the myopic perceptions of the boy and the family, what are they not seeing clearly and addressing, is the way this point can be dealt with. As the family's perceptions become clearer and the boy can feel this, so the unaided visual acuity will show positive changes. Much later, the diopters begin fluctuating and lessening. A long process that needs a deep commitment from the parents.

Diopters versus Eyesight

Question from an Eye Doctor:
“Why if someone only has a small difference in dioptres, say –2.00 in the right eye and –1.50 in the left eye, does their eyesight show much lower performance for the higher diopter eye, the right eye in this case, than expected?

Kahlu speaks: Firstly, the dioptric measurement is a reflection of the eye structure adapting itself to a perceptual conditioning. The visual acuity mirrors the inner perceptual process of the person. In this case the lower degree of visual acuity states that the boy is blocking central content in his life. Since it the right eye, the perceptual suppression is probably associated with the male or father's side the family. It is also about expression. If you follow this process over time, and no therapeutic steps are taken, the diopter difference will catch up in there being a greater diopter difference between the two eyes.

Simultaneous Vision! Another Comment:

“Your description of the way central foveal vision functions best when a person is simultaneously aware of his peripheral vision,
yet notices the foveal vision best, has for me been a real break-through in feeling whole again. I have heard this concept before in other vision books in different terms but for some reason your gentle language has jogged my brain some (in a good way) and allows me to relate to the fullness of my vision in a much more whole and full way. It also yields more clarity too but the feeling of wholeness is somehow even more special to me.”

Kahlu speaks:
You are describing how the eyes, brain and Soul were designed to work. When you are in tune with this biological truth, and law of consciousness, then you have access to the clarity that already exists in your perceptual field.

“When I see from my heart, my eyes know exactly how to see clearly by themselves. This practice of seeing from the heart is the most unbelievable and simple thing to do and it yields such a profound feeling of being in touch with the world again.”

Kahlu speaks:
Your words say it all. This is the essence known since the beginning of existence on Earth. Seeing clearly is actually remembering the biological truth of how our eyes are meant to function. This begins with accurate perceiving from our whole being and not just our thinking brain.

Kahlu Speaks: What is always present is a simultaneous existence of the past, merging with the present and projecting into the future. This integration is our clearness, to see free of the blockages of the past. Our reactivity, our blur, are representations of the inaccurate perceptions of how we see the past. Walk the path less travelled, see with fresh perceptions. Be clear on what is real.

Kahluspeaks: When you take time to be still, with yourself in your inner atmosphere you will become aware of only the now moment. There is nothing else. You are not disturbed by the past. Your view now is clear. If you allow the past to enter into your current view you are filtering what is seen now. You are projecting the past onto the screen of now. This results in your now view not being real. It is an illusion. To return to the real view can only happen in silence and stillness. From a peaceful inner atmosphere emerges a presence that provides a correct interfacing with your outer world. You can better sense the valuable information being presented to you.

Comment:
"Silence doesn't exist!
As it is with: no perception of picture.
It is my own choice what to hear and where to be and what I want to see or not to see.
May be blur can be compared with silence. You filter the sounds out as you filter the pictures out.
Keep a distance and try to hear ...
