“IN A LIFE THAT IS LIVED IN FLESH AND BLOOD AND WHERE NO BELIEF SYSTEM CAN BE FOUND WHERE DEATH IS NOT RELEVANT BEING BLIND TO DEATH SEEMS A GOOD WAY OF SEEING”.
Kahlu speaks – Is there Utopia where no beliefs exist? The life of ‘flesh and blood’ as you call it, is the physical practice ground to get to know your beliefs. Observe how you are governed by your beliefs. Beliefs can be like the marionette strings pulling you away from your true spirit self. Knowing beliefs is to understand how your thinking mind can form matter rather than your spirit. Blindness to death is real. Facing the death of destructive emotions on a daily basis is seeing clearly. This ‘flesh and blood’ life is meant to observe your imagined and real self. One day the blood stops flowing. The flesh shrivels up. But something remains. Find out what that is. Cultivate your relationship with this invisible part of yourself. Knowing this side is the freedom to see and be in all duality now in peace.
“BEING NARROW MINDED SEEMS A GOOD THING FOR MANY PEOPLE”
Kahlu speaks – If you see narrow mindedness then you are focused on your own narrow mindedness. Is this really what you want for yourself? Isn’t narrow mindedness placing too much emphasis on one side of the duality? Is the opposite broadminded? In seeing terms we call this wide or open vision. To recognize narrow mindedness is one step. It is one point of focus of two elements. First examine your own narrow mindedness. How does it, or has it, served you to be so rigidly focused? When you have deeply experienced being rigid, judgmental and fearful, then you broaden your view. You see in others their essence more, and less of your projected narrow mindedness. Enjoy - Khalu
